OPTIK NERVE also known as O'NERVE is a solo/independent hip-hop artist and entrepreneur from Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. He is primarily a lyricist who raps in English and occasionally in Xhosa. He’s been doing Hip-hop for over 13 years and has achieved numerous miles stones. For instance he has shared stages with quite prominent names in the industry such as AKA, iFani, Heavy K, The Muffinz, Flexboogie, DJ switch amongst several others.

In addition to that he’s songs have graced a number of platforms nationally and internationally, through various online blogs and newsletters that cater for the independent hip-hop demographic, such as AfricanHiphopblog(Africa), Slingtheory.com(U.S.A) Afrihooop.com (UK) Crazeypella(Canada/U.s.a) and more. Plus he has also had a number of feature articles in the hype magazine.
